Though this isn't necessarily a copyright infringement, isn't it against dA's submissions guidelines to use resources made by someone without explicit permission from them?

Take a look here [link]. This thread explains step by step how to extract content from the game files and it's on BioWare's forum! If this was against their permission, don't you think they would have just closed it down ages ago?
